How long does it take to get the uniforms?

We like to have 3 weeks to complete a league order of 150 uniforms or more.

Do you share my e-mail with other companies?

Our mailing list, e-mail lists and any other personal and purchase information is kept confidential and is not exchanged or sold to any other company.

Is your web site a secure site?

our security and privacy are important to us. We update our security and privacy programs to include the latest technology that encrypts your personal and purchase information as it is transmitted over the Internet. We do not release any personal or purchase information to any outside company or organization.

How much of a deposit do I need?

The required deposit on any order is 30% to 50% (based on account status).

How many pieces are in a complete uniform?

A complete uniform set consists of a jersey, shorts and socks.

What is "Ready to Play"?
What about numbers and logos?

All uniforms are packaged and labeled in team sets and boxed by division. Teams can be boxed individually for an additional charge. As part of the "Ready to Play" service for our customers, SCORE® uniforms may have sequential numbering from 2 to 20 (8" outline wht/blk) applied to the back of the jerseys at no extra cost. There is an additional charge of $1.00 for each number over 20, colored numbers are available for uniforms which are not on special promotion. Specific numbers are $1.00 each. Additional numbers applied to the front of jerseys or shorts are $1.00 per item. Custom logos are available for orders over 200 uniforms, a one-time setup fee will be added to your order; camera ready artwork must be supplied by mail or e-mail. (no facsimiles). All numbers and logos are heat transferred.

Are there additional discounts?

Volume discounts are available. Please call our Sales Department for further information at 1-800-626-7774. Discounts are void on past due invoices.

How can I get a sample?

Samples of uniforms are available upon request, but are limited to stock on hand and will be billed at current individual item prices. Samples are not returnable.

What if my order is Back Ordered?

Unless otherwise instructed, out of stock items will be automatically back ordered and shipped as soon as possible.

Are there any special conditions for my order?

All orders are subject to acceptance by American Soccer Company, Inc.® Sales and Credit departments. All orders under $50.00 will have a service charge of $5.00. A deposit of 30% to 50% (depending on account status) and a written confirmation of the order by e-mail, fax or mail is required.

What happens if my account is Past Due?

Any orders placed on a past due account will be sent out C.O.D., cash/check along with the past due balance on that account. Also, the account may be changed to C.O.D. terms permanently. Our credit department will contact you. Past due accounts will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).

What happens if my check is returned?

A fee of $10.00 is charged. If for any reason a check is not paid by your bank, your pending orders will not be shipped and thereafter your account will be treated as a new account and all orders will be shipped cash or C.O.D.

What happens if I refuse a shipment?

If a shipment is refused, the customer will be charged for all freight and handling charges. A restocking charge of 10% will be applied. Any further orders will be prepaid only.

Are postage and shipping included in the prices?

All prices are F.O.B. Wilmington, California USA Shipping charges are based on weight, destination and priority. Orders are shipped UPS and Special Carrier. You can choose Overnight, Second Day Air or 3 Day Select and Standard.

What is Coolskin®?

Coolskin is the latest innovation in sports fabrics from SCORE®. Jerseys made with Coolskin keep the body comfortable because the fabric is ultra-breathable, fast drying and possesses excellent moisture management properties. Coolskin has a dimple weave that quickly wicks moisture away from the body. It is also extremely lightweight, which allows for great comfort and freedom of movement.

What is Beehive®?

A SCORE exclusive, our micro-cellular construction wicks moisture away from the body through the spaces between the fibers and filaments for fast evaporation. This high-performance fabric is durable, comfortable, and breathable.

What is Coolstitch®?

Coolstich is a high-tech polyester fabric that has a specially designed three-Dimensional pattern when viewed in cross-section. The overlap of the 3D shape speeds up the fabric's ability to transport water away from your skin. Its increased surface area increases the evaporation rate, so Coolstitch jerseys are quick drying. Perspiration is rapidly absorbed, and you remain dryer and more comfortable than with other polyesters.

SCORE's team of award-winning technicians developed Coolfilati, an optimum blend of polyester and nylon creates a soft, comfortable, and breathable fabric with excellent fitting qualities and appearance. Coolfilati's unique circular knit pattern virtually eliminates moisture retention. Don't let wet uniforms rob your body of energy when you can stay dry and comfortable.

What is Cool-Vent®?

Cool-vent uses a unique 100% polyester channel construction that allows for superior breathability, excellent moisture movement, a brilliant shine, and a soft, natural feel. Jerseys made with Cool-vent have proven to be durable, with built-in strength that stands up to the toughest standards. If you're looking for a performance fabric that will make you feel good all around, try Cool-vent.

What is Dakota®?

Dakota is constructed with a distinctive vertical pinstripe jacquard and made from 100% Ventex polyester, allowing for a lightweight fabric with substantial feel. Dakota's ribbed styling allows the fabric to transport water away from you skin. The increased surface area increases the evaporation rate, allowing you to comfortably concentrate on your game.

What is your return policy?

All claims and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will not accept returns for cash. However, we will be happy to exchange your return goods or apply the credit towards a future purchase. On exchanges, the customer must pay all freight charges. Garments with numbers, logos, or any other modifications may not be returned. We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether replacement or adjustments are valid. Be sure to inspect your merchandise. The merchandise left the factory in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. Please state date of purchase, invoice number and reason. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued and must appear on all shipping labels. All returns must be shipped prepaid, no C.O.D. will be accepted. Any damaged goods may be returned, but must follow our Return Policy.

How do I know what size uniform to order?

We have made it easy to order uniforms for the entire team. Just use the Suggested Sizes by Division/Age Group chart. This chart was designed to save time and the task of measuring each player individually. This chart is only a suggestion to sizing.

Do you have a warranty?

All SCORE® uniforms are fully guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects. We make every effort to match colors as close as possible. Sometimes in the dyeing process the shading may not be exact, therefore we cannot be responsible for mismatches.

Do we have heavier fabrics?
