All shipping is done through UPS or special carrier. All prices are F.O.B. Wilmington,
California U.S.A. Shipping charges are based on weight, destination and priority.
You can choose Overnight, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select or Standard Ground. A $2.00
per order handling fee will be added during the checkout process.
International Shipments
If you are interested in shipping products outside of the United States, please
call us at 1-800-626-7774 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard
Time. We presently do not have the option of shipping outside the United States
through our web site.
Back Orders
Unless otherwise instructed, out-of-stock products will be automatically back ordered
and shipped as soon as possible. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Service Mapping
If you would like to determine the right shipping option and destination time of
your packages, click UPS
Service Mapping, and you can choose the right shipping option each time.
The Service Mapping tool transmits a GIF file that shows the estimated transit times
for UPS to deliver a package via UPS Ground Service from an origin location to a
destination within the US lower 48 contiguous states. Origin locations are specified
by zip code.
To use the UPS Service Mapping, simply enter an origin plus a destination postal
code, and the Service Mapping tool generates a color-coded map of the contiguous
United States.
Refusal of Shipment
If a shipment is refused, the customer will be charged for all freight and handling
charges. A restocking charge of 10% will be applied. Any further orders will be
prepaid only.
